While we can provide the full range of La San Marco machines, though we currently focus on two models. There are the 85E and the 100E.
The 85 E is the ideal machine the provides all normal functions that you expect in a commercial espresso machine, including autofill with options of electric cup warmer, gas heating and a cup holder.
The 100 E combines a futuristic look with some of the most intelligent technology available on the market. It includes a thermosiphonic circulation system with a pre-infuser and flow variator. The flow variator allows the regulation of the coffee brewing temperature in relation to the coffee blend used without changing the temperature in the boiler and therefore the capacity of the machine of producing hot water and steam.
In addition, the 100 E also features a light bar showing brewing progress, electronic autofill, pressure regulation from the outside of the machine, temparture regulation as well as the ability to handle large cups in the cup warmer plate.
